We Provide Several Pricing Options and Packages
Wedding Ceremony and Reception Packages
All wedding packages include use of the Chapel, Reception Hall, Prep Kitchen and Bride/Groom Suites
- Weekday Wedding Package (Monday - Thursday)
- Friday OR Saturday 1-day Wedding Package
- Weekend Wedding 2-day Package (Friday-rehearsal, Saturday Ceremony/Reception/Clean-up)
- Weekend Wedding 3-day Package (Friday - rehearsal, Saturday Ceremony/Reception and Sun Clean-up 9:00 am until 1:00 pm)
- Rehearsal Dinner using kitchen and Reception Hall - for an additional fee
- Small wedding packages (under 50 guests) - to be determined based on specific needs
Other Events
- Family Reunion packages - to be determined based on specific needs
- Corporate meeting or retreat packages - to be determined based on specific needs
- Non-profit and Other group events - to be determined based on specific needs
- Birthday Party, Graduations and any other events - please call to discuss options and ideas!

Wedding Packages Include
These items are included to help remove the stress of details on your special day!
- Space for up to 220 people for reception and ceremony (max capacity is higher than that if needed upon approval)
- Tables and chairs for reception area and ceremony
- Set up of seating before and after
- Clean up (you are only responsible for cleaning up items and decorations brought in) – We Do the Rest!
- White or black linens for tables - $200 cleaning fee applies (any additional color linens will be provided by renter)
- Full-service Bar area with up to 2 bartenders included with packages (alcohol packages recommended, however a cash bar is always available.) All alcohol on premises MUST be provided by Calvary Falls.
- Bridal suite with dressing room, mirrors, make up stations, mini fridge and comfortable furnishings for weddings.
- Groom suite with comfortable furnishings, game table, mirrors, and mini fridge for weddings.
- Use of commercial kitchen for licensed caterer (caterer must provide station set-up, serving, clean-up and packing of leftovers)
- Spacious modern restrooms
- Use of property for engagement photos
- Manager on site for every event
- All areas of our event center are handicap accessible.
- Portable sound system with wireless microphones and handheld microphone.
Additional fees* are charged for the following:
- $300 per hour after midnight (all guests to depart by 11:00 pm with personal items cleared by midnight)
- Bar and alcohol packages
- One day Liability insurance (can be easily added to most homeowner polices)
- $200 cleaning fee applied to use of black or white linens
- $500 fine assessed for any outside alcohol brought on premises (including parking lot and land) – NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED
- Cash Bar Option does not include bartending fees, see pricing sheets for additional details
- One Security Guard, if alcohol served, $45 per hour (once alcohol is served)
- Two Security Guards if over 200 guests and alcohol is served
- 15% service charge added to all packages (includes rental & bar packages, including cash bar options)
- If you will be using the reception hall and kitchen areas for a rehearsal dinner an additional $500 fee will be assessed for cleaning fees.
